2. Service Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change unexpectedly. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair while allowing us to manage our scheduling effectively:

  • Cancellations made more than 7 days before the scheduled service start date: Full refund of any deposits or prepayments.
  • Cancellations made 3-7 days before the scheduled service start date: 75% refund of any deposits or prepayments.
  • Cancellations made 1-3 days before the scheduled service start date: 50% refund of any deposits or prepayments.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service start date: No refund available.

To cancel a service, please contact us by phone or email. We will confirm your cancellation and process any applicable refund within 5-10 business days. Please note that refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

3. Modifications to Service

If you need to modify your service booking, such as changing the service dates, adjusting the scope of services, or adding additional services, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your requests, subject to availability.

Modifications made more than 48 hours before the scheduled service can usually be accommodated without additional fees. Modifications made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service may incur an administrative fee, depending on the nature of the change.

If the modification results in a service of lower value, the difference may be refunded according to our cancellation policy. If the modification results in a service of higher value, the additional amount will be due before the service begins.

4. Refund Process

When a refund is approved, we will process it within 5-10 business days. The actual time for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution:

  • Bank transfers: 3-5 business days after processing.
  • Credit card refunds: 5-10 business days after processing, depending on your card issuer.
  • Other payment methods: Timing varies; please contact your payment provider for details.

You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed. If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe, please check with your bank or payment provider first, then contact us if the issue persists.

5. Service Satisfaction

We take pride in the quality of our services and strive to meet or exceed our clients' expectations. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact us immediately so we can address your concerns.

For service quality issues reported within 48 hours of service completion:

  • We will first attempt to resolve the issue by re-performing the service or addressing specific concerns at no additional cost.
  • If the issue cannot be resolved to your satisfaction, we will offer a partial or full refund based on the nature and extent of the problem.
  • Each case will be evaluated individually, and we will work with you to find a fair resolution.

Please note that we cannot offer refunds or credits for issues reported more than 48 hours after service completion, as this makes it difficult to verify and address the concerns effectively.

6. Force Majeure

In the event that services cannot be performed due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, severe weather conditions, government actions, or other force majeure events, the following applies:

  • We will notify you as soon as possible about the impact on your scheduled services.
  • We will work with you to reschedule services to a mutually convenient time.
  • If rescheduling is not possible, you will receive a full refund for any services not performed.
  • We are not liable for any indirect damages or losses resulting from force majeure events.

7. Prepaid Service Packages

If you have purchased a prepaid service package:

  • Unused services from prepaid packages can be cancelled for a refund, minus any services already performed and a 10% administrative fee.
  • Prepaid package refunds will be calculated based on the individual service rates, not the discounted package rate.
  • Prepaid packages are non-transferable to other individuals or properties.
  • Unused services in prepaid packages expire 12 months from the purchase date unless otherwise specified.

8. Special Circumstances

We understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. In cases of medical emergencies, bereavement, or other extraordinary situations, please contact us to discuss your options. We will review each case individually and strive to find a compassionate and fair solution.
